I cannot stop talking about my amazing experience with Irem at Hair Story by Serap!! I found Hair Story during a Google search, knowing I wanted to find a consistent stylist in the Ashburn area. Irem was so kind and helpful as I asked her questions and for suggestions (since I was considering doing my first balayage). Excellent atmosphere and a friendly team added to my first haircut experience at Hair Story. I ended up scheduling my balayage for 4 days later and all I can say is WOW!!!!! Irem once again was incredible, and my hair turned out even better than I could have even imagined! I have certainly found my hair salon with Hair Story by Serap and my favorite stylist EVER in Irem. Thank you so much!!

I had such a great experience! Adem did my root color and it turned out absolutely perfect — the color match was flawless and my hair looks so fresh and natural. He really knows what he’s doing and pays attention to every detail. Koray gave me the most relaxing hair massage — it was honestly one of the best parts of the appointment! So calming and professional. Highly recommend them both. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Corey did an awesome job cutting my hair. I wanted to experiment with a shorter style than I’ve ever had before, and I left with very short and voluminous hair. It was a fun experience, but I need to get used to how short it is. Corey was very careful and enjoyable to work with. The salon itself is beautiful.

I found hair stories online and read the reviews I was slightly skeptical at how good they were. But they are absolutely earned. I worked with Serap and she was wonderful at helping find the perfect hair color treatment and cut for my hair. I have been looking for a cut and color like this my whole adult life. I have had good color and cuts before, but this is by far the best. She was willing to even adjust the cut to make sure I was fully satisfied before leaving. I truly appreciate her patience and helping me, with a Pinterest page that was all over the place with ideas, walk away with a great experience and final result. Pictures don't do it justice.
